Noel Rayo is a partner at Johnson Shapiro Slewett Kole LLP, where he negotiates deals on behalf of writers, directors, producers, and actors. Previously, Noel served as Principal Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs at Netflix, focusing on the film division. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at STX Entertainment. His career also includes roles at Good Universe and Annapurna Pictures. Noel is a graduate of UCLA and Chapman Law School. Noel lives in Anaheim with his wife, Tamara, and his three children, Roderick, Reign, and Rosalie.
